Reception staff provided knowledgeable and informative service from check in through checkout. the housekeeping department kept rooms to a high standard. I found them lovely. the hotel sits inside the medina. I enjoyed a short stroll from the main square.

Excellent Hotel Experience

quiet atmosphere ideal location traditional aesthetic

I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. I easily relaxed. The hotel location is ideal for accessing the traditional market and local cafes. The bars and restaurants also feature a very traditional aesthetic. I found it easy to enjoy the local culture right on the premises.

The rooftop Indian restaurant was disappointing. The food arrival took over an hour. This was a terrible service experience. I was served chicken instead of vegetarian food, unacceptable.

convenient location beautiful bar lacking breakfast room service

The location is quite convenient. It allows for easy exploration of the surrounding area. The rooftop bar is beautiful. It provided a pleasant setting for evening relaxation.

I found the breakfast to be somewhat lacking. It did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. the room service was just satisfactory. I was hoping for more.
